The Canucks are clearly a bust and the skiing is bullet proof, so back to sailing!

The recent KYC Racing Rules 2013-2016 seminar by Dick Rose was excellent. The RRS are now on line as an interactive webpage at:

The new rules and the rationale for the changes are hyperlinked. 

As well, an " app" for Apple or Android smartphones and tablets can be downloaded. 

The International Star site now has clear language about qualifying for the 2013 Worlds. Essentially the 2012 Fleets winners "Plus 2" and the 2013 Districts qualifier (s) "Plus 2" will get to go. The bigger the fleet, they more we get to send. 

The draft schedule is below. It promises to be a busy year. The August OD has been added and the WAVES regatta has been restored to its former OD format. The RVYC Wednesday races will be an excellent venue for more boat time. 

I would like to propose a Spring Meeting and tuning event on March 16. Let me know if your in and I can get some space and RC booked.
